In the fall of 2012 I was granted the privilege of restoring the Barn at the Historic Joseph Falkinburge House in Dennisville N.J.
At that time the property was owned by the ARC of Cape May County under the directorship of the late Frank Unkle, who also grew up in the house. It was a massive project involving corner post, sill and floor joist replacement.
This was after replacing the shingle roof on the main house with Jamie Hand and Steve Robinson, in the scorching July temps. We're all lucky to be alive! .
Other projects on this page include designing and building an Irish style pub in a historic home in Cape May, built in bookshelves, matching china cabinets, and various antique furnishings and restorations.
